GLOBAL SHIPPING 

Please be aware that for Global Shipping outside of the United States, an additional fee will be applied after your purchase, depending on the size, weight and the designated country of your item/s.

We will contact you via email after your purchase and provide you with a shipping receipt that must be paid online before your item/s can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at info@polugallery.com. Thank you for being so understanding. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Global Shipping outside of the United States, an additional fee will be applied after your purchase, depending on the size, weight and the designated country of your item/s.

Estimated delivery time, several weeks for international shippings. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES 

Polu Gallery does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless shipping insurance is purchased beforehand. 

If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Polu Gallery does not accept returns for International Orders outside the United States.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 14 days of the original purchase date. You must have a valid receipt dated within 14 days or less from the original purchase date. The items can be exchanged for either the same item. Or you may pay the difference for an item of more excellent value. Cash refunds will only be given for items with manufacturer defects, with a valid receipt showing the original payment form as cash. All sales are final on sales items.
