Join our first painting field trip in Hale’iwa, and experience Hale’iwa’s breathtaking scenery while learning watercolor painting with popular local artist Janet Meinke-Lau.

Meet the Artist

Janet Meinke-Lau is a professional watercolor painter and teacher who enjoys sharing the magic of watercolor sketching to capture everyday moments and memories. She has taught workshops for the Hawaii Watercolor Society and Ward Village and enjoys taking beginner watercolor students on sketch outings/ field trips.

Program:

• 90:00 a.m. Meeting at Polu Gallery Hale’iwa.

• 90:30 a.m. Walking to the secret scenery spot.

• 10:00 a.m. Watercolor painting.

• 11:30 a.m. Short Break.

• 12:15 p.m. Coming back to Gallery and review of works.

• 12:30 p.m. The end.
